journey facilitation
What is a Journey?
There are moments in a life when something cracks open. When the ordinary container no longer holds what you've become, and you sense that something needs to shift at the root.
A sacred mushroom Journey is not a treatment. It is not a shortcut. It is an encounter with yourself—with the parts that have been waiting, the grief that hasn't moved, the wisdom your body has been holding all along. In the hands of the right guide, in the right container, it can be one of the most significant experiences of your life.
This is sacred work, and I treat it that way.
The container
Every Journey I hold is built around three phases.
Preparation We begin with two dedicated preparation sessions. We look at your full picture: health history, medications, psychological background, intentions, fears, and what you're actually hoping to meet. We clarify your intention—not as a goal to achieve, but as a compass to orient by. We talk about what to expect, how to surrender, how to work with difficulty when it arises. By the time your Journey day arrives, you are ready.
The Journey Sessions take place in my Brooklyn studio, in your home, or in an offsite space we choose together. I travel nationwide. The location is always private, carefully prepared, and held with intention. On the day itself, we open with ritual: grounding practices, breathwork, a revisiting of your intention. I remain fully present throughout, attuned and steady, neither directing nor disappearing. The music, the space, the silence—all of it is held.
What arises is yours. My role is to make sure you feel safe enough to meet it.
Integration Two dedicated integration sessions follow your Journey. This is where the work roots. We sit with what emerged: the images, the feelings, the knowing that doesn't yet have language, and begin to weave it into your daily life. Integration is not processing. It is transformation made practical.
Community Everyone who works with me is invited into a free monthly integration circle—a small, held space to continue the conversation, share what's unfolding, and stay connected to the work and to each other. Community is part of healing.
Personalized Support
Who this is for
People at a threshold—or simply feeling the pull toward something they can't yet name. Those moving through life transitions, grief, loss, or the particular ache of feeling far from themselves. Women navigating menopause, hormonal cycles, or the deeper passages of womanhood. The curious. The seekers. Those longing for a more alive relationship with nature, with meaning, with the cosmic thread that runs through all things. Those who feel the call and trust it.
This work is not for everyone, and I will tell you honestly if the timing isn't right.
How to begin
We start with a conversation—no commitment, no pressure. From there, if it feels aligned, we'll move at the pace that's right for you.
